The Port Officers in the port of Kirkenes manage, coordinate ship calls and services in the harbor on behalf of Sør-Varanger municipality.

Port of Kirkenes contains six ISPS-accredited port facilities, four of which are public. Our ISPS port facilities are of the OFF and ON types and comply with "The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code".

The port also offers other maritime services like fresh water, ice breaking, towing and more.
